A SPACE YOU CAN FEEL

Oh, hey there!

I'm Nassim

an intimate wedding and couples photographer in Vancouver, British Columbia

I am a self-taught photographer, with a special love for natural light and artistic spontaneity. While I've been a professional photographer for seven years, I have enjoyed documenting life experiences since I got hold of my first camera as a nine-year old.

I believe there is no such thing as a non-photogenic person.

Photography is the intentional art of how we discover, find, and create beauty all around us. I would love to get to know you and capture those heartfelt and spontaneous moments of your love story. I can already tell you, I will be so happy to chat with you!

WHERE I AM FROM

I grew up where the Northern and Southern Hemispheres meet: Ecuador!

This is where I learned to appreciate the outdoors and the simple moments of joy with those I love. My Ecuadorian childhood has shaped the lens through which I see the world – one that seeks beauty in simplicity.

what i value

I value creating connection and meaningful experiences that are worth remembering.

02 / 03

I am a full supporter of doing things in a way that is genuine to you, and not because it happens to be a tradition or a trend. I care about creating spaces where people can be truly themselves – I'm talking about unposed, emotion-packed realness.

WHERE I LIVE, work and explore

Canada has been my home for the past eight years

I am beyond grateful to live in a country that is so full of diversity, warm-hearted people, and stunning nature. Vancouver is for the adventurous, and I'm all in! But adventure and beauty aren't restricted to BC, and I'm not just a Vancouver photographer – so ping me your city and I'll hop on that plane.

A                    of Who I Am

Just a year ago, I quit my job and did what my childhood self would have wanted me to do as an adult. I found purpose in the art of creation — of truly seeing, and making people feel seen.

As a wedding photographer, I'm in love with the art of noticing, being present, and creating memories that you can feel.

I'll be there to encourage you to be in tune with your surroundings and feelings, so that you can realize just how much you, your love, and your story matters.

My photography approach aims to serve to as a means of fostering mindfulness and emotional connection. I want it to be a safe space where you feel seen, valued, and celebrated.

What Makes My Style Unique

I can tell you that I offer artistic wedding photography, seamlessly blending photojournalism and editorial photography with a soft, true-to-color, and timeless editing style (plus aerial photography when I use my drone!).  However, what truly matters is that my approach is guided by collaboration, authenticity, and artistic consistency. This means I will work with you every step of the way, incorporate my style into your vision, document that vision authentically, and create a consistent gallery that visually speaks to one story.

I'm all for minimalist posing, capturing real emotions in a way that embraces spontaneity and is true to you. This allows me to focus on the path, rather than staying too fixed on a destination.

As an adventurous wedding photographer in BC, my style is not confined to a single adjective.

Why be rigid when it comes to art?
